The Changzhou plant steel tube manufacture is ISO 50001 certified and follows international energy management standards. Because of the energy-intensive production process, the Changzhou plant is highly committed to energy-saving. Since the beginning of 2015, energydesign has been supporting Vallourec’s facility by in-depth energy analysis to reduce the overall energy demand and improve efficiency. Our analysis on the operability and economic feasibility of different technical solutions allowed the client to take decisions on resource and develop anenergy action plan for the next 5 years.
In a first step, a lighting retrofit plan was made, where our lighting experts planned and designed optimized luminary layouts in connection with suitable EPC contractors for the plant. In the next step, a waste heat recovery concept was made to reuse energy from the steel tube production process for an overall energy-saving solution. In close cooperation with Vallourec, energydesign will further contribute to plant optimization and system upgrade, in order to achieve the energy-saving targets of Vallourec’s Changzhou plant.

瓦卢瑞克是世界领先的石油、天然气和电力领域的管材供应商，其常州工厂是经ISO 50001认证的钢管生产基地。但因其能耗大、能源账单高，常州工厂一直致力于节能降耗。设能公司自2015年开始受瓦卢瑞克常州无缝钢管厂的委托，先后为其提供厂区能源诊断、照明系统优化、废热回收利用等能源改造方案，分析不同技术方案的可操作性及经济可行性，为瓦卢瑞克工厂的5年能源计划提供决策依据。
基于收集分析主要能耗数据，形成调查报告，作为提高能耗效率措施的实施基础。第一步是照明改造。设能公司的照明节能专家根据厂区现有的布局，模拟得出最优平面布局方案，并推荐合适的合同能源管理供应商。目前，设能公司正帮助客户研究废热回收的技术可行方案和初期成本预算。按照设能公司的设想，在前面三阶段的成果基础上，接下来会帮瓦卢瑞克进行系统的二次设计和升级，逐步完成常州工厂的节能目标。
